# Privacy.

The short version: your details are used to make your icon and nothing else.

## What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, email address, app name, a brief, and any reference files or links you choose to attach. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the package you were interested in.

## What it's used for

- Designing and delivering your icon — the brief and files exist only for that.
- Emailing you about your order: confirmation, questions, delivery, and your order link.
- Nothing else. No marketing lists, no selling or sharing data with third parties.

## Payments

Payments are handled by Polar, the merchant of record, which also takes care of sales tax. Your card details go straight to Polar and never touch our servers.

## Where it lives

Order data and uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Analytics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites.

## How long, and deletion

We keep order records and delivered files so you can re-download your icon later. Want your data or files deleted? Email [hello@48hicons.com](mailto:hello@48hicons.com) and it's done.
